Summary: Beautiful home and view. Home was clean and came with so many extras like dish soap, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. The cosmetic hand towels were an excellent touch. Our family enjoyed our day on the dock and our nights playing in the game room. Will definitely return. The neighborhood was quiet and calming for a relaxing break.

Summary: this property is really great. The location is close to town, but also lakefront. The dock is so nice, the cove is quiet, the neighborhood is really picturesque. You can't go wrong with this property. Just don't forget to sign up for linens, like I did. It worked out anyway, bc we just went and bought linens and took them home with us. We feel very at home there. Highly recommend this home for your next lake stay.

Summary: Very nice property it was perfect for a family of six. The picture of the front of the walk down to the deck is a bit deceiving because it was rather long and steep, Non-issue for kids and the younger adults, but for the parents got a little long by the end of the week but I guess it helped to keep our legs in shape.

Summary: This home is beautifully decorated and clean. The cove location is very peaceful. We all loved playing pool and ping pong in the game room. One of our dogs loved swimming in the lake. We rented a pontoon boat and had no problems navigating the cove and securing the boat to the floating dock, also really enjoyed the 2 provided kayaks. Communication from the host was prompt and informative. Be aware that you will have to drive your trash out to a dump about 5 minutes away....a little inconvenient but not a deal breaker, given how lovely this house and location are.

Summary: This is our 4th year visiting SML. We loved the house and location along the lake. It’s a very quiet cove. We loved having our dog be able to come on vacation with us. Very convenient location to run out and grab what you need. Plenty of space to hang out in the house, on the deck, and at the dock. My husband and I prefer a deeper cove to hang and float but the kids loved that they were able to touch the bottom. They were still able to jump off the dock. We had a great vacation here!

Summary: We stayed for a few days while attending our son’s graduation Virginia Tech and it was fantastic. Finally a home that matches the description! This house and location will it disappoint you! The host was also very response to messages leading up to our stay and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this house to anyone, we will certainly book again! Thank you!

Summary: We immediately felt at home in this lovely property. The owners were so accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. The home was immaculate, everything was really thoughtfully done. The game room was such a nice addition to our lake days. The dock is amazing, the kayaks were so much fun. I took one out and just floated in the peaceful water, no fear of a boat speeding by and knocking me around. It was a little piece of heaven. Not enough nice things to say. Highly recommended and we would love to come back next year.
